How do I update my address?

I recently moved - what do I need to do to change my personal address?

If you are a visa holder, please check out the Global - General Immigration Information  FAQ on the action required in case of an address change.

• Update your address in HRIS by following these instructions. Once your new address is updated and approved in Workday, it will reflect in our other internal systems
  
• Update your 401K account
  • Log into account → Click “Profile” → In the drop-down menu click “Account Settings” → In the page that loads, on the right click the small link “Account mailing address” → In the new page, the address appears in three fields:
    “Primary Contact Information > Home (Legal) address”
    “Primary Contact Information > Mailing address”
    “Account Addresses > Investment account > Account address”

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are updating your address because you have moved to another State or Country and it was not part of a promotion or internal transfer, you must first have gone through this process and received explicit approval. Please hold off on updating your address until you've move has been approved.
